What is a Contributory Mortgage?

A Contributory Mortgage brings together a small group of like-minded investors who each contribute to make up the total cost of a mortgage. Investing in this way gives you the freedom to invest in your choice of our mortgage loans so your savings work hard for you.

Loans usually don’t exceed 65 per cent of the property’s market value, as valued by a Registered Valuer, and Millbrook doesn’t lend against specialised securities of the future value of improvement under construction. We make sure our investment opportunities offer the best return within your risk profile.
